Ardila served as a head coach at MGA Volleyball Club in Hanover, Mass., where she is the head coach of a national team each year featuring players from various age groups, and oversaw skill specific summer camps. Ardila served as a coach from 2019-21 at Wellesley High School in Massachusetts.
Ardila graduated from Stonehill in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in history and was a member of the Skyhawks volleyball team.
