Kami Dickerson joined the Grand Canyon beach volleyball staff for the 2018-19 season as a volunteer coach, helping the Lopes to a 20-11 season record with five top-15 wins. GCU remained in the AVCA Beach Volleyball Coaches poll for all 10 weeks through the 2018-19 season. Before coaching, Dickerson competed as a beach volleyball student-athlete at GCU for three seasons from 2014-16. Compiled a 22-16 record on Courts 3, 4 and 5 as a Lopes
