Tolson redshirted his first season in 2013-14, and then played in seven games as a redshirt-freshman in 2014-15.. Scored his only basket of the season against Dakota State and added a pair of offensive rebounds.
Westwind Prep High School
Following high school, Tolson played one year for Westwind Prep’s post-graduate team in 2012-13 and averaged 3.5 points and 2.2 rebounds per game while shooting 36 percent from 3-point range.. Played his prep career at Chaparral High School.
