Major: Secondary Education with an emphasis in History
Future Career Goals: High school history teacher.
Cheerleading Experience: Desert Devils, Mountain View High School (competitive, varsity, and all girl stunt) and Arizona Heat level 5 co-ed open international team. I also was a coach for Arizona Heat club cheer.
High School Activities and Awards: My junior year for Mountain View Varsity cheer our team achieved first place at State and third at Nationals. My senior year we placed first at State and second at Nationals. All girl stunt got fourth at Nationals. After high school on Arizona Heat’s level 5 co-ed international team we took first place at Nationals.
College Activities and Awards: Presidential scholarship and co-captain of cheer.
Why did you choose to attend Grand Canyon University? GCU creates sense of community on campus. From the administrators, deans, and professors to my fellow students, everyone on campus supports each other and treats each other like family.
What do you like most about being a GCU Cheerleader? I like supporting all of the teams and being involved on campus.
What is your most memorable moment being a GCU Cheerleader? My most memorable moment is winning the Leadership Award at camp in Santa Barbra, California.
What are your hobbies and interest? I enjoy going to the dunes and riding quads and dirt bikes with my friends and family.
What is your favorite TV show? Desperate Housewives
