Limited No. 10 Oregon to one run with four strikeouts over a four-inning start in a March 11 win over the Ducks.
Struck out a season-high five batters in 4 1/3 innings of work against UT Arlington on April 27.

Was a four-year varsity starter, including grabbing the leadoff and starting shortstop role as a freshman in 2021 before moving to the outfield as a junior while also pitching.
Hit above .400 in all four seasons.
Named All-Region Player of the Year as a senior in 2024 and junior in 2023.
As a junior, was named the state's player of the year by the state's head coaches and the Arizona Interscholastic Association. Was a first-team all-state pick as an outfielder and first-team all-region pick as a pitcher.
Helped lead the Crusaders to back-to-back state championships as a sophomore in 2022 and a junior in 2023, which he cites as his top sports memory to date.
Was successful early in high school career, being named a first-team all-region and second-team all-state shortstop as a freshman and sophomore.

Born in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Father, JP, wrestled at Wisconsin La Crosse in 1993. Cites his dad as the biggest personal influence on his sport.
Uncle, Brandon Penzkover, was an All-American and national champion wrestler at Wisconsin La Crosse from 1992-96.
Off the field, enjoys lifting weights, hunting, pickleball, golf and is a car enthusiast.
Why GCU? "I grew up attending and watching GCU Baseball. I have wanted to attend GCU since I was 12 years old. I also value and feel blessed to attend a Christian university."
Coached by former GCU pitcher Jake Repavich in middle school.
