Played club baseball with Canes Baseball, Mercedes Benz Baseball and was a PNW Futures Games participant where he earned Player of the Game.

Parents are Thomas and Rachel Ammerman.
Father, Thomas, played baseball at Wenatchee Valley College and Central Washington from 1995-99.
Older brother, Ethan, played two years of college baseball at Milligan College (Tenn.) before transferring to Corban (Ore.) for the 2025 season.
Grandfather, Randy, played football at Idaho.
Off the field, enjoys lifting, being outdoors and playing or watching any other sports.
Chose GCU for "the coaching staff and how great they were to me alongside the winning standards that are being set" and "the Christian based foundation the school is built around."
Best part of playing baseball is: "all the great guys you get to meet, over the course of my baseball career I've met some of my best friends I have today."
Says favorite motivational quote is Psalm 37:5: "Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him, and he will help you."
After baseball, has aspirations to take over his father's company.
Favorite athletes to watch growing up include Ken Griffey Jr., Mike Trout and Tiger Woods.
