What time will students be able to claim tickets for games?

Tickets will go live on Sunday at 6:00 p.m.

Where do I go to claim tickets for athletic events?

How do I claim my student ticket?

Student tickets can be claimed by visiting the link above and logging in with your student email. Click on the “Havocs Tickets” tab, and then select the game you wish to claim your ticket for. Select the seat you want from the options available and then click “Add to Cart”. Next, click on the “Checkout” icon and then click “Place your Order” to complete the ticket claiming process. Your student email will receive a link to download your ticket as well as a confirmation email.

Will I have to wear a mask during the game?

YES! Masks will be required for all students at all times during basketball games.

How will the seating arrangement for students be set up?

Students will claim single seats that are socially distanced to maximize the safety of the students.

Will there be a tailgate this year?

There will not be a tailgate this year.

Will I have to get in line early to save my spot in the arena?

Because of the changes in the ticketing process, students do not need to wait in line for their seats. Your seat will be reserved during the ticket claiming process.

When will doors open on gameday?

45 minutes before tip-off.

Will concessions be open during the game?

No, but water and a small snack will be provided for every student in attendance.

Will there be Camp Elliott?

As of right now, there is no Camp Elliott available for students. We will let you know if Camp Elliott opens in the future.
