Regester led the team with 21 starts in the circle and posted a 10-7 record with a 4.32 earned-run average. Her win total, ERA, innings pitched (97.1) and strikeouts (40) were all second on the squad. She posted four complete games and two shutouts, including a one-hitter with four strikeouts in an 8-0 win at UMKC on April 3. After starting 2-5, she won eight of her last 10 decisions on the season while setting career bests in nearly every category.Â
In 2014, Regester posted 5-4 record in the circle as she struck out 16 in 57.2 innings of work and compiled 4.49 ERA. She was chosen WAC Pitcher of the Week for Feb. 10-16 after picking up wins over Tennessee State and New Mexico. In one of her best games, she allowed just one hit and no runs in 6.2 innings of action against Arizona at the Hillenbrand Invitational. At the plate, she tallied nine hits in 51 at-bats, with three doubles.
Regester was a second-team All-PacWest pick in 2013 before the Lopes started the transition to Division I. In one of her top games, she struck out eight and gave up just one hit in a five-inning, 8-0 victory against CSU East Bay. She also threw a two-hit shutout in win over BYU-Hawaii and had seven Ks allowing two hits in 2-1 win over UC Colorado Springs. In two games against nationally-ranked Texas Woman’s, she went 5-for-7 with four RBI and two runs scored, helping her total to seven multi-RBI games on the year.

Regester was one of only 16 non-Division I signees to be named an NFCA High School All-American. As a pitcher, she went 26-4 with 1.68 ERA in 171 innings pitched, struck out 198 and walked only 19. Opponents hit just .200 against her. At the plate, she hit .449 with 15 doubles, 11 home runs and 47 RBI while adding a .504 on-base percentage and .856 slugging percentage.
