GCU tallies 28 Academic All-District honorees in 2024-25

Women's soccer's Roberts named to Academic All-America 2nd team
Roberts, a three-year team captain from Huntsvillle, Utah, becomes GCU's 38th Academic All-American in program history. She carried a 4.0 GPA as a Health Administration graduate student to be one of 25 players on the Academic All-America first and second teams.
Academic All-American is a title reserved for college student-athletes who perform at an elite level in their chosen sport and in the classroom.
The all-time list of more than 42,000 Academic All-Americans includes major sports stars and some of the world's most accomplished individuals in medicine, business, science and the arts. Established in 1952 and selected by College Sports Communicators, Academic All-America® is the longest running and premier award for athletic and academic success across championship college sports at all NCAA levels, the NAIA, two-year colleges and Canadian institutions.
To qualify, student-athletes must be a sophomore or older, hold a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or greater and be a regular contributor in their programs. Schools nominate their best candidates and selected individuals receive Academic All-District recognition. All-District honorees then are moved forward for Academic All-America® consideration.
