Final home series comes against Utah Tech

Grand Canyon and Utah Tech face off for the final series at GCU Softball Stadium in the 2025 regular season, with Senior Day on Saturday.

Six seniors will be honored post game of Saturday's game. Meghan Golden, Makaiya Gomez, Lovey Kepa'a, Emily Darwin, Mia Weckel, and Alexis Soto will be honored.
The Lopes are ranked in the ESPN/USA Softball poll for the first time ever this week. (25th)
GCU is riding a program-record 14-game winning streak. The streak is the longest-active winning streak in the nation.

This will be the 43th-45th matchups between GCU and Utah Tech, with the all-time record in favor of the Trailblazers at 28-14. Grand Canyon swept Utah Tech last season in St. George.
The Trailblazers are 15-30 on the season with a 6-15 conference record. Utah Tech has lost five straight, including getting swept at home to California Baptist last weekend.
Utah Tech is hitting .308 with a team ERA of 6.67.
Trailblazers infielder Lakaiya-Braessia Kahahawai-Kekona has led the way offensively with a .366 AVG and 30 RBI's.

at UT Arlington

The Lopes swept UT Arlington over the past weekend, extending their winning streak to fourteen games.
GCU swept the Friday doubleheader with a pair of double-digit run performances that ended in run-rule victories.
Grand Canyon won game 3 on Saturday, thanks to a Jada Cooper 3-RBI double in the sixth inning to give the Lopes a 4-3 win.
