The Grand Canyon women's basketball team added a dual threat player with the ability to score and be a lockdown defensive presence in guard Trinity San Antonio.

San Antonio enters Phoenix via California Baptist, where she will have two years of eligibility left. The Moreno Valley, California, native averaged 10.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.9 steals in two seasons with the Lancers.

San Antonio made an immediate splash in WAC play as a freshman during the 2021-22 season, when she earned WAC Freshman of the Week three times with averages of 7.4 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game while adding 52 steals and 10 blocks. San Antonio's play doubled in production this past season, posting 14.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 3.8 assists with 64 steals en route to All-WAC first-team honors.

A career 44% shooter from the field with a 72% clip from the free throw line, the 5-10 guard notched 21 double-digit scoring games and seven games of 20 or more points in 28 appearances last season. In the heart of WAC play from Feb. 9 to March 2, she averaged 17.7 points, 5.9 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game to lead the Lancers to the No. 4 seed in the WAC Tournament. During the Lancers run to the Women's Basketball Invitational title, San Antonio scored in double figures in all three games to total 36 points, 20 rebounds, 9 assists and 5 steals.

San Antonio attended Centennial High School in California where she was a four-year team captain and SoCal Regional Open State champion. She also played for West Coast Premier on the AAU circuit.

Miller's offseason additions include added height and rebounding prowess with the ability to shoot from the outside and now a dominant scorer who also shined on the defensive end with 65 steals last season, ranking fourth in the conference.

San Antonio joins Laura (San Diego) and Sydney (Arizona State) Erikstrup, Shay Fano (Utah Valley) and Kristyna Jeskeova (Long Beach State) as incoming players for the 2023-24 season.
