Baseball alumni invited for golf, baseball
With the program's 68th season on the near horizon, Grand Canyon baseball will welcome back its alumni on Friday, Feb. 7, and Saturday, Feb. 8, for a golf tournament and the annual alumni game.
The golf tournament will take place at GCU Golf Course on Friday, Feb. 7, and feature an 8 a.m. shotgun start. The cost is $75 per player and includes range balls, a round of golf, a golf cart and lunch.
The annual alumni game returns to Brazell Field on Saturday, Feb. 8, for a 1 p.m. first pitch with batting practice set for 11 a.m. The alumni team will face off against the 2020 Lopes six days before GCU's season opener against Oklahoma State on Feb. 14.
