GRAND CANYON LOPES		vs.		NEBRASKA HUSKERS

The Grand Canyon beach volleyball team ends its eight-match visitors streak by hosting the Nebraska Huskers at the GCU Beach Volleyball Stadium on Thursday, March 23 at 4:30 p.m. MST.

The Lopes are now ranked at No. 12 after winning their past three matches in a row and jumping to 11-3 on the season with a 5-1 home record. The team quickly picked up momentum after their loss to No. 3 UCLA in their first match of the Monterey Invitational. In their first home match since opening weekend, the Lopes will be taking on Nebraska (3-5) as they come off a 1-4 record at the Outrigger Invitational. The Huskers faced some of the country's top-ranked teams in Hawaii, but followed it up with a 5-0 sweep over Utah.
