PHOENIX, Ariz. – The Grand Canyon women's basketball team goes back on the road for a single game at Valparaiso (2-1) on Saturday, Nov. 25 at 1 p.m. (MT). The Lopes and the Crusaders will be featured on ESPN3 and live stats will be available.
The Lopes are coming off of a victory over Benedictine on Wednesday, where redshirt senior
Jordan Jackson and freshman
Camille Hailey led GCU with career-bests of 18 and 17 points, respectively.

Scouting Valparaiso
The Lopes hit the road to face Missouri Valley Conference member Valparaiso in a Thanksgiving weekend contest on Saturday. The Crusaders are 2-1 on the year, with victories over St. Francis (Ill.) and IU Kokomo. Valparaiso lost most recently to Miami (OH) on the road, 77-68.
Last season, the Crusaders were 10-21 and 4-14 in the Horizon League. Valparaiso defeated Youngstown State, 79-62, in the first round of the Horizon League tournament, but fell to Green Bay, 89-60, to end the 2016-17 campaign.
