Rain Cancels Friday’s Play in San Diego

GCU will take on Ole Miss Saturday
Due to the rain and wet field conditions in San Diego, the Grand Canyon University softball team will not play their scheduled games today at the San Diego Classic I, as the Antelopes were slated to take on Illinois-Chicago and Utah State.
The 'Lopes will wrap up play at the tournament tomorrow with an afternoon contest at 2:30 p.m. (Arizona Time) against Ole Miss. Saturday's game will be played at the SDSU Softball Stadium. Grand Canyon is currently 9-8 on the season after Thursday's win over San Diego in game one of the San Diego Classic I.
