The Grand Canyon men's basketball team (9-10, 4-2) is coming off back-to-back Western Athletic Conference wins over Idaho and Seatlle U as they open their two-game road trip tonight at Chicago State. Tipoff is slated for 6 p.m. (Arizona time) at the Jones Convocation Center. The Antelopes are currently tied for the second-best record in the WAC and have won three of their last four games. During their weekend sweep at GCU Arena, Jerome Garrison averaged 27.0 points while Killian Larson picked up his 12th and 13th double-doubles of the season.

GCU used 11 three-pointers and strong defensive pressure to win their second straight WAC game, this time a 71-63 victory versus Seattle U at GCU Arena. Jerome Garrison led the team with 24 points, while Killian Larson picked up his 13
th double-double of the season (10 points, 14 rebounds). The 'Lopes held the Redhawks to a 34.4 field goal percentage and made 19 of their 23 free throw attempts in the second half to fend off a Seattle U rally late in the game.

Jerome Garrison leads all WAC players with 21.5 points per game in conference play, while Killian Larson ranks third with 9.8 rebounds per contest. The 'Lopes hold the top-three spots in free throw percentage: Larson (88.9), Garrison (87.7) and Daniel Alexander (86.7).
