For the second consecutive game the Grand Canyon men's basketball team lost in heartbreaking fashion, tonight falling 66-65 to Tulsa in front of 4,191 fans at the Reynolds Center in Tulsa, Okla.

The loss drops the Antelopes to 5-5 overall, while Tulsa improves to 4-7.
Demetrius Walker scored all of his 20 points in the second half and keyed a GCU run that gave them their largest lead of the game at 51-42 with 9:52 remaining.
The Antelopes held a 58-56 lead with 3:27 left, heading into the final media timeout and setting up a frenetic finish.
After Walker hit two free throws to push the GCU advantage to four, Tulsa's Pat Swilling's layup cut the lead back to two.
Killian Larson, who finished with 11 points and 10 rebounds for his eighth double-double of the year, sank a pair of free throws and the 'Lopes were once again up four, 64-60.
With GCU up 64-63, Tulsa's Lew Evans drew a foul and sank both free throws to put the Golden Hurricane in front by two with 26 seconds left, giving them their first lead of the second half.
Walker then made one of two free throws to tie the game with 11 seconds left. Evans was once again fouled on a drive to the basket, this time by
Blake Davis, and made the second of two free throws to go up 66-65 and end the Antelopes hopes of winning their first true road contest.
The Antelopes were hurt by 17 turnovers to only seven by Tulsa. GCU was outrebounded by a slight 34-30 margin, but saw the Hurricane outscore them 32-12 with points in the paint.
The Antelopes posted a blistering 66.7 percent (10-15) from behind the arc, getting three from both
Daniel Alexander and Walker.
Alexander finished with a career high 15 points and added seven rebounds. Jerome Garrison finished with 12.
The Antelopes outshot the Hurricane, 57.9 to 40.6 percent, in the opening half to take a 32-31 lead at the break. The Antelopes held their largest lead of seven points at 28-21 with 5:33 remaining. Tulsa would close out the half on a 10-4 run. The Golden Hurricane forced seven Antelope turnovers and an 18-8 edge on points in the paint to keep the contest close.
