ST. GEORGE, Utah -- Grand Canyon dropped its 11th straight and fell to Dixie State -- which clinched a share of the Pacific West Conference -- Saturday at Bruce Hurst Field.
The Lopes (13-33, 7-13) lost 15-4 to the Red Storm (28-17, 15-9).
GCU was unable to answer the hot-hitting home team as the host scored five runs in each of the first two innings.
