Lopes get pair of wins over Hawai'i Hilo

It was the same situation as Wednesday but a different outcome.
Grand Canyon swept a pair of games over Hawai'i Hilo at Brazell Stadium Thursday and it was all about one word.
"Execution," was the simple reply from GCU head coach Dave Stapleton on the key to his club's sweep.
The Lopes put away the Vulcans 12-3 in the opener and battled back from a six-run deficit to earn a 10-9 win in the nightcap.
Sophomore outfielder Tyler Bair (pictured) had a one-out, two-run single in the seventh inning to put a stamp on the successful day.
