Grand Canyon shut out host Cal State San Bernardino 2-0 in San Bernardino.

Starter Thomas Catomer and reliever Nick Lowery combined to record the Antelopes' second shutout of the season. Catomer (pictured) went 7 1/3 innings, scattering nine hits, allowed two walks and struck out four. Lowery worked the final inning and two-thirds without yielding a hit to earn the save.

Behind GCU's defense, Catomer and Lowery helped strand 11 San Bernardino runners.

Grand Canyon's first shutout came almost exactly a month ago when the 'Lopes blanked Colorado School of Mines 6-0 on Feb. 23 at home.
