Nally hails from Rochester, NY and has competed professionally for the USA Men’s Volleyball National team and multiple teams in Europe over the past five years. During the 2014-2015 season, Nally was named the captain of the Pan American National Team in Toronto. He spent five professional seasons overseas playing in Poland, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.
During his collegiate years, Nally competed at Springfield College and often faced off against Werle’s team during that time. Nally was named the Division III Player of the Year in 2010 and led his team to two national championships in 2008 and 2010. He served as the team’s captain all four years.
Nally has spent time training volleyball players of all ages and skill levels in Southern California when not playing on the court himself. He helped start the Peak Volleyball Academy in Torrance, CA and has worked with the Gold Medal Squared volleyball clinics. In addition, Nally has spread his own camp system, AJ Nally Volleyball, around the entire country.
