Paige Isaac joined the Grand Canyon University athletics department in July 2026 as Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Development, working with the men's and women's track & field programs and men's soccer. In this role, she assists with the Lopes for Life program, the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and community service projects, and provides comprehensive programming around academic achievement, career readiness, personal development, and community engagement, while integrating spiritual growth into her work with student-athletes.

She previously served as an Academic Counselor at Oregon State University (womenโs basketball, gymnastics, soccer, track & field, cross country) and the University of Georgia (baseball, gymnastics, menโs swim & dive) -- and as an Assistant Academic Counselor/Learning Specialist at the University of Memphis and the University of Mississippi (football, men's basketball).

An Arizona native, Isaac played women's basketball at Tabor College (2019-21), where she was a KCAC Athletic Scholar. She's currently a member of Women Leaders in Sports, N4A, Black Sports Professionals, and Diversity & Inclusion Leadership.
She holds a B.A. in Human and Health Performance from Tabor College and an M.S. in Sport Management from the University of Central Missouri.
