Chelsea Turner was hired at Director of Basketball Operations by head coach Nicole Powell in June of 2018 and enters her third season with the Lopes in 2020-21.
Turner is a 2007 graduate of Cameron University where she competed in basketball for four seasons. She earned her Master's Degree at the University of Oklahoma in 2009 after serving as a graduate assistant in the athletics department for one year.
Continuing her path in athletics, Turner served as the Director of Player Development at the University of Tulsa for two years before accepting a position as an Assistant Coach at Austin Peay State University for two years and University of Dallas for one season.
Turner is a native of Norman, Oklahoma.
