- Got in the scoring column in 12 of his 15 appearances including five or more points in the first seven games of his collegiate career.
- Had well-rounded performance against Benedictine-Mesa on Nov. 29, scoring eight points with three steals, three assists and two rebounds.

He spent four years in the Marines prior to playing college basketball. He had a seven-year professional career in Australia, where Jayden was born.
- Hobbies off the court include attending church functions and playing cards.
- Chose GCU as he "had been praying earlier, asking the Lord to guide my steps. Then Coach Drew called."
- Had offers from many programs, giving closest consideration to Auburn, Baylor and Michigan State.
- If he wasn't playing basketball, it'd be Australian football.
- Favorite bible verse is Isaiah 40:31 which he used in his post announcing his commitment to GCU.
- His favorite professional sports teams are the Los Angeles Lakers and Tottenham Hotspurs.
- His top three athletes to watch growing up include Kobe Bryant, Cristiano Ronaldo and his father.
