Jay Arnote spent two seasons as the head coach of Grand Canyon men's basketball, posting the fourth-best winning percentage in program history.
Arnote led Grand Canyon to playoff appearances in both of his seasons as head coach.
He is a Phoenix native and played under Ned Wulk at Arizona State.
Arnote was responsible for starting the basketball program at Thunderbird High School in Phoenix. While at Thunderbird, he was named the Division Coach of the Year.
At the conclusion of his two seasons leading the Lopes, Arnote took the reins of the Northern Arizona program for five seasons.
