Corey Wallace begins his first year as an assistant at Grand Canyon after serving one year at South Mountain Community College. He is in charge of monitoring student-athletes progress and will assist at practice. Wallace earned Defensive MVP honors at SMCC as a player in 2001. He is a graduate of Cholla High School in Tucson. Wallace has been in charge of the Mesa Summer Pro-Am league the past three years. He is the owner of VIP Enterprises, a promotional company that sponsors many events in th e Valley.
