At Grand Canyon University we are proud to collaborate with community partners to support local and charitable initiatives through item donations for fundraising events. If you are interested in requesting a donation from GCU for your upcoming event, you’ve come to the right place.

To request a donation, please follow the guidelines outlined below and submit your request for approval:

NCAA Legislation
13.15.1 Prohibited Expenses. An institution or a representative of its athletics interests shall not offer, provide or arrange financial assistance, directly or indirectly, to pay (in whole or in part) the costs of the prospective student-athlete's educational or other expenses for any period prior to the prospective student-athlete's enrollment or so the prospective student-athlete can obtain a postgraduate education. 13.15.2.2 Institution Providing Items to Athletics Youth Groups for Fundraising. An institution may provide items to assist in the fundraising efforts of athletics youth groups composed of individuals who have not started classes for the ninth grade without causing such individuals to become prospective student-athletes per Bylaw 13.02.13.
