2016 - Sophomore
- Played and started in all 50 games for the Lopes in the outfield
- Had a batting average of .326 after recording 42 hits with two doubles
- Added 13 RBI and had a slugging percentage of .341
- Recorded a fielding percentage of .942
- Played in 37 games and started 36 while hitting .295 on the year with 17 runs scored
- Posted six multi-hit games in her rookie season, including three straight games with at least two hits from Feb. 28 to March 12
- Started the stretch with three hits in four at-bats against St. John's before adding two hits each against North Dakota and Penn State
- Posted both of her stolen bases on the season against UND
Perry High School
- Earned Division I second-team all-state honors in 2013 when she was also named first-team all-section and all-city
- Earned a career batting average of .420
- Led the state with 27 stolen bases during her junior campaign
- Won Chandler District Player of the Year accolades and was a two-time scholar athlete of the year in softball and badminton
- Parents are Rudy and Lynn Gomez
- Father Rudy played baseball at South Mountain CC and Cal-Baptist University from 1987-90
- Made it to state competitions in badminton in high school
- Plans to pursue a career as an Athletic Director
