Taylor named Women’s Basketball Director of Operations

GCU alum spent 2025-26 as graduate assistant
Grand Canyon women's basketball's Maluai Taylor has been elevated to the role of Director of Operations after serving as a graduate assistant during the 2025-26 season.
Taylor joined the program during her senior season in 2024-25, serving as head student manager.
As a graduate student last season, she oversaw the student managers and helped organizational tasks including meals, equipment, travel and scheduling for both the staff and student-athletes.
From Oceanside, California, Taylor graduated from GCU in 2025 with a bachelor's of science in Applied Management with emphasis in Sports Management and is in the process of earning her MBA and MSL.
