Grand Canyon men's basketball games will return to FOX 10 Xtra and 1580 The Fanatic with the renewal of two long-running media partnerships.
For the sixth straight season, all home games will be televised on FOX 10 Xtra and streamed on ESPN+. The continuation of the agreement means GCU men's basketball will be seen on Channel 45 over the air and Channel 9 on cable with a reach of nearly 2 million households in the Phoenix market.
On the radio airwaves, all Lopes games (home, away and neutral) will return to 1580 The Fanatic for the eighth consecutive season. Games can be heard on the AM (1580) and FM (99.3 and 95.9) dials in the Phoenix metropolitan area, as well as worldwide on 1580TheFanatic.com and the 1580 The Fanatic mobile app.
On the TV side, Barry Buetel will be back for his 11th season providing play-by-play. For radio, Michael Potter will enter his 16th season handling the play-by-play duties and will be joined by analyst Paul Coro for the seventh straight season.
GCU is coming off its best Division I season as a program, winning the WAC regular-season and tournament championships to advance to the NCAA tournament for the third time in four years. The Lopes defeated No. 15 Saint Mary's in the first round of the NCAA tournament for their 30th win of the season. GCU returns all-conference honorees

Televised home games include a 30-minute pregame show, featuring the thoughts of fifth-year Lopes head coach
Bryce Drew. The radio broadcasts have a 15-minute pregame show with Drew as well as a postgame show with interviews from Drew and a standout Lopes player.
The TV partnership with FOX 10 Xtra will include a selection of other sports, including Friday night's women's volleyball season opener against Montana at 6:30 p.m. Other televised games include women's basketball, baseball and softball.
The GCU's home men's basketball slate opens on Oct. 29 with an exhibition game against Eastern New Mexico that will be broadcast on FOX 10 Xtra, ESPN+ and 1580 The Fanatic.
