About the Lope Nation Pass
8/12/2019 7:00:00 AM | Tickets
With the 2019-20 year just around the corner, GCU's new Lope Nation Pass will take effect for the first time this fall. The details regarding this new program are available below.
What's changing about the ticketing of GCU athletic events?
Admission for most home GCU athletic events will cost $5 per person. Alternatively, fans can use their Lope Nation Pass for admission into unlimited home events.
What sports are included?
Fall - Men's and women's soccer, women's volleyball
Winter - Women's basketball
Spring - Men's volleyball, softball, baseball
(beach volleyball and tennis will continue to offer free admission)
How many people can get into an event with a Lope Nation Pass?
One Lope Nation Pass is good for admission for two adults and unlimited children (under age 16). Additional fans can get in for $5 per person.
How do I get a Lope Nation Pass?
All men's basketball season ticket accounts have one Lope Nation Pass included for free! A limited number of men's basketball season tickets remain for those interested in taking advantage of this season-ticket holder perk.
For those who do not hold men's basketball season tickets, Lope Nation Passes can be purchased separately for $100. They can be purchased online by clicking here, or at any home athletics event.
How does it work?
Lope Nation Pass holders will be given a plastic card to present at the entrance of venues for admission. Your pass will serve as your ticket! No exchange of actual tickets are needed. If you forget your pass at home, we'll have a check-in process for fans to present valid ID of the Lope Nation Pass account holder.
What type of seats do I get with my Lope Nation Pass?
Beginning in 2019-20, all venues are general admission with the exception of men's basketball. With an open seating policy, fans seeking better seats should arrive as early as possible. Venues open 60 minutes prior to the event start time unless otherwise noted.
When can I pick up my Lope Nation Pass?
Lope Nation Passes will be available for pick-up beginning at the first home events of the year:
* Thursday, Aug. 29 - Women's soccer vs. UTEP (home opener)
* Friday, Aug. 30 - Men's soccer vs. Northern Kentucky (home opener) - PLUS! Lope Nation Pass pick-up party featuring a free pre-match tailgate beginning at 5 p.m.
The passes can also be picked up at any remaining home event, or at the GCU Arena Box Office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.)Â beginning on Tuesday, Sep. 3.
What about students?
Current GCU students will continue to receive free admission to all home athletic events by presenting a valid student ID card at the venue, with the exception of men's basketball. While still free, student tickets for men's basketball can be claimed ahead of time on a first-come, first-serve basis. Click here for more information.
Do you offer any discounts for group outings?
Qualifying groups of 10 or more people can receive free admission. Click here for more information.
How can I purchase single-game tickets?
Single-game tickets are available for $5 per person. Single-game tickets can be purchased online beginning 14 days ahead of the event by going to the corresponding sport's schedule and clicking on the "Tickets" link for the associated game. Tickets can also be purchased at the gate on gameday, subject to availability.
What happened to men's soccer season tickets?
Men's soccer season tickets are no longer offered. Fans can either purchase a Lope Nation Pass for admission into all home events or purchase single-game tickets for each game.
