GCU, Paciolan partner on ticketing

Lope Nation to benefit from enhanced ticketing platform
Grand Canyon University entered into a partnership with Paciolan, the leading ticketing solution provider for universities. Paciolan will provide GCU with a new, cohesive digital ticketing platform starting on Wednesday.
Lope Nation will enjoy a customized mobile-centric experience powered by Paciolan. Fans will have the option to purchase mobile tickets, enter venues using only their phones, manage their accounts directly from their mobile devices and seamlessly transfer or exchange tickets for events they cannot attend. Ticketing will be seamlessly integrated into the GCU Athletics website, which is powered by SIDEARM Sports. Ticketing will also be a foundational element of the all-new Lope Nation app, which is set to release this basketball season.
"GCU is excited to bring new features to Lope Nation to make the ticketing process even more customer friendly," Interim Vice President of Athletics Jamie Boggs said. "Our new partnership with Paciolan will enable GCU to take ticketing to the next level to provide the best level of service for our students, staff and fans."
As a partner, GCU will receive Paciolan's signature service and support. University staff will be teamed up with a highly experienced Client Partner and an Ecommerce Operations Specialist who will serve as a right hand to help with strategic planning, share best practices and consult on the comprehensive use of all Paciolan tools.
GCU's new Paciolan ticketing platform will launch on Wednesday to coincide with the start of men's basketball single-game ticket sales.
