PHOENIX - Due to an overwhelming response from the GCU student body, staff and community, the baseball team's Opening Night game vs. TCU on Friday, Feb. 16 is an expected sellout. Non-ticketed guests will have access to standing room space throughout the ballpark including the upper concourse and the right field platform.
All seating is general admission, but a ticket is requiredÂ
for Opening Night only. Please arrive as early as possible to ensure sufficient seating options.
Gates open at 4:30 p.m. in advance of the 6 p.m. first pitch.
Fans unable to attend can watch the season opener on YurView Arizona in the Phoenix market as well as on ESPN3, the ESPN app and free of charge on
GCU.tv.
A reminder that the remaining 30 home games this season
do not require a ticket and are free of admission. The series vs. TCU continues on Saturday (2 p.m.) and Sunday (1 p.m.).

SPECIAL GROUPS
- GCU STUDENTS: Current GCU students can present a valid student ID for admittance into seating sections. These seats are limited and will be on a first come, first serve basis.
- EMPLOYEES: GCU employees who have returned an RSVP through ThunderZone will be admitted into seating sections. Seating is general admission and will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
- PASS LISTS: Families and friends of both GCU and TCU student-athletes need to ensure they are on the appropriate pass list for admittance into seating sections.
- GROUPS: Groups confirmed by the university will be given seating accommodations.
