Athletics Department Unveils Redesigned and Improved GCULopes.com

PHOENIX -- The Grand Canyon Athletics Department joined with digital partner Sidearm Sports to launch a redesigned official website for Lopes athletic teams on Thursday.
The stream-lined look will provide a more visually appealing site and allow an enhanced focus on photography, video and social media for all sports. In an effort to provide optimal exposure for teams and to support the enhanced brand recognition of GCU athletics, the new GCULopes.com will better serve the Lopes' growing needs as it fully transitions to Division I athletics.
Adding to the improved look and flow of the site, the redesign includes:
New areas also include expanded resources for academics and compliance. Additionally, promotions and sponsorships areas are integrated throughout the site.

- Increased integration of statistics throughout game recaps, and improved functionality within team schedules
- Higher visibility of sports schedules on team pages as well as the home page
- More responsive website page layout according to device
- Streamlined navigation for finding information on each individual sport in a more logical way
- Easier access to buy tickets and shop for Grand Canyon athletics gear
- Added navigation to campus resources and news
