Grand Canyon University cheerleaders Joshua Warshaw, Jacob Warshaw, Taylor Ward, Fernando Garcia and Brenna Roth have been selected to work as instructors this summer for the Universal Cheerleading Association (UCA). UCA is the nation’s leading company in providing the highest quality of training for high school and college cheerleaders.
“Being a UCA instructor is the highest level of cheerleading as it gets and it’s a huge honor for our team members," said Cheer Team Coach Erin Ditto. "They were selected out of hundreds of candidates, and will be traveling throughout Arizona, Utah and Nevada teaching camps to high school cheerleaders. It’s a great opportunity for them to interact with the cheerleaders in our region and represent GCU as the college they cheer for and love."
