ADA
- Accessible Parking is available on the first floor of all parking garages used for athletic events (29th Avenue, 33rd Avenue, and 35th Avenue).
- Each athletic facility has accessible seating and restrooms.
Campus Map
Clear-bag Policy
- GCU has implemented a clear-bag policy for fans. Clear bags must be 12" x 12" x 6" or smaller. Medical bags and diaper bags will be allowed.
Concessions
- All GCU Athletic venues, with the exceptions of the GCU Beach Volleyball Stadium and GCU Tennis Facility, have on-site concessions operated by Sodexo.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed for events in GCU Arena.
Doors Open
- Doors will open one hour and 45 minutes before men's basketball games.
- Doors will open one hour prior to the announced start time at all other ticketed athletic events.
Exit/Re-Entry
- Re-entry is not allowed at GCU Athletic events.
Fan Conduct
- GCU encourages fans to cheer for their respective teams. We want to provide a fun, safe atmosphere for all attendees, thus, profanity, racial and sexist comments, or other intimidating chants or actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from our athletic facilities.
Groups
- Groups of 10 or more can request tickets for all home sporting events. For information please visit gculopes.com/groups.

Future Havocs Club
- GCU Athletics offers special promotions and opportunities for any kids in high school or below.

Lope Nation Pass
- The Lope Nation pass grants access to all GCU athletics games excluding men's basketball for one adults.
- The Lope Nation Pass for the 2021-22 school year costs $50.

Lope Shop
- GCU Arena, GCU Ballpark, GCU Stadium and GCU Softball Stadium have on-site Lope Shops that operate on gamedays.
- The main Lope Shop location is in the center of campus in Building 24 - campus map.
- Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.–7 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.–5 p.m., and Closed on Sundays.

Lost and Found
- Lost and Found is located at the Guest Services table. Contact gameday staff with any questions.
- Any items left overnight will be turned into campus lost and found. To reach campus lost and found, call GCU Public Safety at (602) 639-8100.
Media
- Members of the media can request credentials for any athletic event.

Parking
- Free parking is available for all on-campus athletic events. A campus parking map can be found here.

- Parking for all other sports is available in the 33rd Avenue and 35th Avenue garages.
Prohibited Items
- Weapons, including but not limited to firearms, knives, pepper/OC spray, tasers, bats, poles and pipes
- Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Noisemakers
- Outside food and drink (one sealed water bottle per person is permitted)
- Alcohol (please refer to the alcohol policy under “Food and Beverage FAQs.”)
- Glass bottles
- Animals (service animals are allowed)
- Balloons
- Flags, banners and posters larger than 12” x 12” (GCU reserves the right to evaluate the content on signage at its discretion and confiscate if necessary)
- Wrapped gifts
- Aerosols of any kind
- Masks that are solely intended to conceal identity (protective masks and face coverings worn for health and safety reasons are permitted)
- Laser pointers
- Audio/visual devices
- Any other items determined to be potential safety hazards
- All people and belongings entering this area are subject to search
- Any other item deemed dangerous by event or security staff
Service Animals
- Service animals are allowed into any GCU athletic event.
- Pets that are not service animals will NOT be allowed in any athletic facility.
Smoking Policy
- GCU Athletics facilities are all smoke-free areas.
- Smoking is prohibited inside all areas of the facility including seating areas, restrooms, entry gates and concourses.
- There are no designated smoking areas in the facilities.
Student Tickets
Tickets
- Tickets are sold for on-campus events including men's and women's basketball, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's volleyball, baseball and softball.
- Men's and women's tennis and beach volleyball game do not require tickets.
- Tickets can be purchased at GCULopes.com/Tickets.
- Guests two years of age and under do not need a ticket.
Wi-Fi
- GCU provides free WiFi at all on-campus events using the network "LOPES".
