UPDATE (March 4): Reports were made public regarding two instances of individuals who contracted Legionnaires’ disease during their stays at the Orleans Hotel in December 2022 and January 2023. Recent testing conducted by the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) indicated the presence of bacteria in the water source connected to the two hotel towers at The Orleans. Boyd Gaming and the Orleans Arena were notified of this on March 3 and have been following the guidance of the SNHD in terms of what next steps need to be taken.

If guest(s) wish to move hotels they may do so with no cancellation penalties. The hotel staff will work directly to relocate guests to a local Boyd Gaming sister property (options below):
